Answer: No! I bought it because of its functionality, lifting capacity, and ease of use. Probably used it a dozen times since taking delivery. -

How to operate so the puller will release?
Answer: You have to flip the Pawl and bump it against the safety catch. It is very hard to pull the cable out. You need to hook it to something and pull hard. Watch your fingers. They are all like that unless you purchase a $300.00 one.
