The mask is not sturdy enough to withstand an Airsoft strike, and mine arrived scratched so it may be best to e-mail customer service to fix this issue. The inside can become foggy and hot, and the straps may need additional foam and tape to fit more comfortable on the user's face. Light modge podge can be applied to mask flaking but it may scratch the mask. The mask does not stay cool for very long. The paint comes off easily but the mask is good to use for short periods such as cosplay or Halloween. One user was disappointed with the paint job not completely covering the mask. The main takeaway is that the mask is good for short events and costume use.
