The bumper does not come with lightbulbs, but does include hardware. The square cut-outs with rounded corners are 2 7/8" inside edge to inside edge. The bumper is well-built and heavy-duty, with excellent powder coating. However, the winch plate is not secured to the bumper before shipping, which can cause scraping and damage to the powder coating. Rustoleum High Performance Enamel flat black is suggested for touch-ups. Overall, customers are very satisfied with the quality and durability of this product.
