This Tulip One-Step Tie Dye Kit, Mini, Patriot, 2-Pack is an easy to use tie-dye kit that comes with 2 bottles of red, white and blue dye and some rubber bands. The dye works best on 100% cotton or linen, and not-so-well on polyester. The amount of dye needed depends on the fabric's saturation and overall color coverage. The kit is suitable for beginners and children, but one bottle of dye per person is recommended for events and parties to avoid any wastage. The colors produced are not neon, but they are bright and beautiful. Some customers found that the rubber bands broke easily, and there were too few of them in the pack, while others had no issues and followed the instructions to produce great results. The kit is also affordable, although the bottles are small, and it may not be enough to dye larger-sized fabric. **
