The Universal Pot Lid Replacement Knobs Pan Lid Holding Handles is a great solution for anyone who has had the handle on their crockpot, pan or lid break. This universal replacement fits almost every model, from round to oval lids, hamilton beach 8 quart slow cookers or Crock Pot model SCVP550s, etc. It comes with all the hardware needed for installation, except for the washer which needs to be reused. The handle comes with a metal and a silicon washer that needs to be placed at the bottom of the lid to protect the glass when screws are tightened. The product is easy to install and doesn’t take long, as per reviews from many customers. One possible downside to the product is the fact that the handle’s bottom isn’t arced to match the shape of the glass lid, causing a minimal gap which could affect the durability of the handle.
