The bag is sturdy enough to take some pretty hefty kicks and punches and is effective for core strengthening and cardio workouts. It is also easy to tuck into a corner in a garage or other space. While filling the bag with sand can be a bit of a pain, it is well worth the effort. Some users have suggested using water as a filler, but sand is more stable. The bag tends to move a bit during full-force striking, but less than a traditional heavy bag, which allows for more Consistent repetition during practice.
