Although there had been some issues with shipping with some customers having lost their first order, the customer service was great in dealing with the issue. Some customers had the balloon arriving already broken, which may have been due to rough handling during shipping. Additionally, other customers had issues with the balloon not inflating properly, having a hole in it, or requiring tape to fix it.
