The Inkbird ITC-608T Temperature Sensor is designed to be used with the Inkbird Thermostat ITC-608T temperature controller to control heating or cooling and humidity. It's not designed to be submersible and is recommended to be used in a 1/4in Stainless Steel Thermowell and not directly in contact with liquid. The 6.56 feet long temperature sensor comes with a traditional 3.5mm plug. It can only work with ITC-608T and can't be used with the Inkbird c929 Wi-Fi Digital Smart Thermostat or the ibt-6xs. Customers who have used the product confirmed that it works well with the Inkbird Thermostat ITC-608T temperature controller and that it's a wonderful product to control the temperature and humidity of their snakes' heat pads, for example. However, it should be noted that the ITC-608T only comes with one temperature probe, so customers looking for a longer or additional probe will need to look elsewhere.
