In contrast, some Classic sets come in packages designed for storage purposes. There are two storage sets to choose from: the Medium Creative Brick Box 10696 and the Large Creative Brick Box 10698. The Medium Creative Brick Box is about the same size as an adult shoebox and comes with 484 pieces, while the Large Creative Brick Box is twice as tall and includes 790 pieces. Note that these sets come with extra space, allowing for the addition of a few hundred bricks from a builder's collection. If you do not have enough pieces in a set, purchasing a black, white, and gray-specific basic block box is recommended, which will provide extra pieces to build almost anything. Keep in mind that if you want to build a base big enough to hold a Star Wars Shuttle Tydirium Lego with wings down, you will need at least a 500-600 piece basic block set.
