The canner comes with a bottom rack, canning instructions, and recipes, and is equipped with a three-piece pressure regulator that can maintain the correct pressure in the canner at 5, 10, or 15 pounds. The canner has an inside diameter of approximately 12 1/4" and is approximately 11.8 inches deep. This product is a great value for overstock for some customers.
