However, a customer expressed that they found it very difficult to activate, and one had an unbroken "bag" inside that moved around. Another customer expressed dissatisfaction with the product, saying that it did not get cold enough to provide any relief. Yet, another buyer called the product a waste of money, as it only briefly provided minimum coolness. The product was made for Walmart by a company in Vietnam.
