Fed Up is a cookbook for inmates written by an inmate. I have enclosed some of my most popular recipes for you and your fellow inmates to enjoy. You don't have to get locked up to try these delicious recipes. Feel free to try them at home in your kitchen. I know people may look at this book like it’s nothing but to me it’s something. Fed Up represents my new beginnings. I know that I can not right my wrongs however this book demonstrates that I am able to do other things besides the wrong things in life. I am beginning a new life and making better choices with the life I have left to live. I owe this to my family and especially my kids. I want them to finally be able to say…”I’m proud of my dad”. Those words might not mean much to you but they would mean the world to me. To hear those words would make my life worth living.
