I need to dig out the roots of an old climber rose bush, Will this shovel do the job?
답변: This shovel is excellent for digging in extremely hard ground, heavier than most with a wide flange on the top which makes it better to cut through the surface roots and compacted earth. Like any tool sometimes it takes a lot of extra effort, soaking the ground before starting will help. In my case I had too many very fine, hard roots down several inches even this shovel was not a good match for the job, I used a hatchet and limb cutter to get down initially then the shovel was great to keep going. I recommend the Root Slayer and would purchase another if needed. -
